Another day....... another kilo

Howdy! Well I think by now even though I managed to lose 1.2 kilos since yesterday I am only .2 less than what I was before.... making a total weight loss of 4.1 for me since I started!!! It is a bit of a struggle sometimes and I am trying not to get myself discouraged about the losses. Soooo proud of both Colin and I to have made it this far...... usually our diets or healthy eating only lasts a couple of days, but this time we have both lasted 16 days YAY!!!!!

Had a totally yummy lunch today..... made an omlette with two eggs and a little milk and then spread some cream cheese and tuna on it and a little grated cheese over the top and then grilled it!!! A bit like a pizza..... might try a couple of variations on that one! Very yummy indeed.

  1. Fantastic. I know that you can do it. If you keep it up for six weeks it becomes a habit and that way you will loose lots of weight. I know you can get down to Chells size just keep being really discaplined. (sorry about the poor spelling)
